Jibin Wang has been engaged in real estate design for nearly three decades. Following the concept of combining traditional architectural design with modern service systems, he summarized the essence of development behavior into the thought model "the double cycle of development and design". With the prevalence of consumerism, this serves as a reflection on the balance of the independence of architectural design and cuts into real problems to avoid homogenization and pursue individuality. Establishing a design concept of “product positioning-cost leading-value maximization” ensures design creates value. From focusing on the service flow of  real estate development to development direction, and ultimately extending the social responsibility of the life cycle of architectural design products.
