Hong Qu was previously chief engineer at the Institute of Shanghai Architectural Design & Research Co., Ltd. She joined TIANHUA in 2010. With her solid theoretical knowledge and extensive engineering experience, she is adept at applying professional expertise in practice and integrating innovation into high-quality service. Her dedication has won great respect and appreciation from her business partners. Many of her projects received first place for national or municipal design awards, of which the main building for Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility won silver prize for the 14th Exceptional Engineering Survey and Design Award.
